Story:
A could be better treat, the story begins with a group of five friends who come from the top cream of the society and all of them are students of medicine which they got through the capitation fee. With their life full of X-Box and Formula-1 life is going hunky dory for them but then the act of getting into politics in the college is very appealing due to which they form a gang called studs. Leading them from the front is Rahul (Sikandar Kher) and the spoiled brats are keen on the new role. However, the thought of campaigning seems too inconvenient and they end up with a more smarted idea of going on a medical camp to one of the rural districts in Maharashtra to escape the election headache. Finally, they do land up at the village and what they come across hits them real hard on their face. The country they have known and the country they are seeing is a stark contrast and slowly but surely, a soul searching journey begins from inside. Soon, the situations in the village engulf them and each of them comes out with their true colors. What happens in the end forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a commendable thought but then he should have worked on the narration and presentation part if he wanted to create an impact which was missing completely. The script was bad and the screenplay was poor, not much happened from the music and the camera departments, the songs were just a bore and unwanted, camera could not get much from the locations or the artistes, editing was completely numb. Sikandar Kher has turned out to be a disappointment in the movie with just attitude and style and no real performance. Gul Panag did her best and made few decent marks, Uvika, Alekh and others wasted a good opportunity. Ashutosh Rana ,Divya Dutta and Vikram Gokhale were the saving grace in the film. Neetu Chandra's item number was uncalled for. The others did their bit mechanically and did not have much to add value.

Conclusion:
The film which touched base with 'Rang De Basanti' has actually got a good concept but then the clarity of thought was not presented clearly when it came on screen. While the first half was busy with some stupid jokes and hi-flying lifestyle, the second half takes a complete U turn and the momentum got spoiled with some unwanted scenes and songs. The script and screenplay were the real culprits and the makers should have worked on the technical aspects though the subject was appealing. The film could have created wonders if the right technique was adopted to show it. Now, it is very hard for the movie to survive.
Bharatstudent verdict : Not good, can be ignored.
